It uses a cantilevered T-shape design that allows items to be slid on and off from the side. The vertical drop is adjustable from 10 to 18 inches, allowing you to tuck ladders close to the ceiling to maintain clearance for vehicle tailgates. The arms include high-density foam padding, which helps dampen vibrations and prevents the noise often associated with metal-on-metal storage.
